The construction works on the new project in Kraków have commenced. The Mogilska 35 Office building will be the six-storey office building with an area of approximately 11,000 sqm. The office floors will be between 1,200 and 1,900 sqm.
The project of Mogilska 35 Office attaches great importance to ecological solutions and user comfort. Therefore, the building will apply for the BREEAM certificate. In addition to office spaces, there will also be service premises on the ground floor. The underground storeys will offer two levels of parking spaces for cars and bicycle parking lots. The office building will also offer changing rooms and showers.
The construction completion date is planned for the first half of 2023.
