A characteristic office tower located on one of Mokotów's main arteries, in the area of Puławska Street 15, will soon undergo a thorough transformation. The owner of the Puławska Financial Center is currently seeking a contractor to handle the comprehensive revitalization of this building from the late 1990s. The structure offers over 83 thousand square meters of space and stands on a plot of nearly 6 thousand square meters.
The fifteen-story construction, along with four underground levels, reaches a height of 54 meters. The reinforced concrete frame was built using column-slab and column-beam technology. The planned works will include a wide range of renovation, installation, and demolition activities, as well as complete organization and supervision of the investment process.
The candidate for project implementation must have a portfolio including large office buildings with a minimum area of 30 thousand square meters, with particular emphasis on modernization of existing structures. Knowledge of environmental building standards and international certifications is also required. The result of the revitalization is to be a modern complex meeting the current needs of Warsaw's commercial real estate market.
