Celtic Property Developments – the constructor of Mokotów Plaza has just leased the last vacant space left in this building. Last year the building was sold to Azora Europe investment fund under condition that seller (Celtic) will hire the whole building. Celtic is also planning to start the construction of the third building belonging to Cybernetyki Office Park in the first half of 2011.
