The construction of the first building from the Neopark office complex, rising on Służewiec in Warsaw, is coming to an end. The 12 000 sq m office block is to be commissioned in spring. The second building is to be completed in the third quarter of 2018. The whole complex will comprise 24 000 sq m of office and retail space.
The investment, realised by the company Yareal Poland, is oriented towards fulfilling the needs of the demanding generation Y. The Millenials are to be encouraged by the attractive location of Neopark in the southern part of Służewiec, on the corner of Cybernetyki Street and Wynalazek Street. There they will find housing estate, schools and hotels as well as numerous restaurants, shops and service spots.
The project, whose general contractor is the company RD Bud, has gained the Excellent status in the BREEAM certification system, awarding the so called "green buildings".
