A modern C300 office building with LEED certification will be built at the shipyard area in Gdańsk. The building is part of the Gdańsk shipyard area regeneration project.
The office building will have 10 floors, and the solutions used in it will create friendly offices for tenants. It will contain a large amount of natural lighting, a relaxation zone and a place to work on the green terrace.
The convenient location of the building, proximity to public transport, a large number of parking spaces and facilities for cyclists will provide tenants comfortable space not only for work.
The planned completion date is IIQ 2021.
