A new investment in Białystok has just received a building permit. The complex will be located at Monte Cassino Street and will be divided into several stages with total area of 36 thousand sqm. The project will consist of 5 office storeys, commercial units with an area of about 5 thousand sqm, and two storeys for a parking lot with spaces for 391 cars.
The complex will apply for BREEAM certificate on a Very Good level. The developer assures that the most modern ventilation systems will be installed to provide safety and comfort of work for future tenants.
