Slovak developer HB Reavis bought from the Spanish company Lubasa the plot of land located at Inflancka Street, close to the Dworzec Gdański metro station.
The new owner will develop an office complex with a total leasable area of 95 000 sqm of rentable office space.
The first phase of the complex will be completed in June 2014.
