The office building located at the intersection of Piłsudskiego Street and Constitution Square in Radom will change its functionality.
From now on, the building will have a mixed-use character, which means that apart from offices, there will also be commercial premises and residential apartments. The infrastructure of the property will also be transformed. Among others, a green common area and an underground parking lot will be added.
The investment has already obtained a building permit.
