The company Sanipor is expanding the Sportowa Centrum office complex, located on Sportowa Street in Gdynia. Allcon Budownictwo will be the general contractor of the new building.
Sportowa Centrum complex consists of two office blocks with 2 700 and 6 700 sq m. The first building was finished in 2010. Now the complex will be extended to another 8-storey building with the surface of 3 500 sq m.
The construction works started at the beginning of March with the dismantling of a building standing at the construction site of the newly rising investment. The general contractor is also working on the project of the structure as well as obtaining a building permit. Commissioning is to take place by the end of the first quarter of 2018.
