The construction of AFI Park in Kraków has begun. The office block, whose developer is the company AFI Europe Poland, will rise on the 29 Listopada Street. The edifice will have 6 overground and 2 underground storeys and will amount to 21 000 sq m. The tenants will have 415 underground parking spots at their disposal. The building will be certificated in the BREEAM system on the level "Outstanding".
The investment will be realized in two stages: at first the frame of the whole building, underground storeys and the north and east wings will arise, then the west wing will be finished. The first stage is to be completed 21 months after taking over the construction site and the second 11 months after the order to start the work.
