In June 2011, Dipservice Company will begin the construction, of an office building at Foksal Street. This 7-storey building will offer for lease approximately 3 000 m2 of usable space, including about 2 500 m2 of rentable office space. The project of the building was prepared by Juvenes Project studio. The investment is scheduled for end 2012.
