New office building will be erected at the back of the former PZPR headquarters. The investment will be carried out by Nowy Świat Banking and Financial Center. Nowy Świat BIS will be a modern office - retail building with a total leasable area of approximately 11 000 square meters. In addition, the project provides a two-level underground parking for about 40 cars. Construction will start in April 2013, while the completion of the investment is planned for June 2015. The office building will apply for LEED "Core & Shell" certification, Building certification process will be conducted by Jones Lang LaSalle.
