Garvest Real Estate Fund is going to build an office complex called Klaster Grunwaldzka, at the corner of Grunwaldzka and Babimojska Streets. The construction of five buildings with approximately 50 000 m2 of usable space, is going to begin in April. Pixel – an office building housing the headquarter of Allegro Group, will be finished until the October 2012.
The 10-storey building will offer approx. 15 000 m2 of leasable space. The concept and design of the first building was prepared by the JEMS Architects studio. Budimex was chosen as a general contractor of the building.
