Construction work on Pin Park office complex, situated at Fabryczna 33 Street in Wrocław, is starting soon. First out of the three planned buildings will offer 16 750 sq m of lettable area and will be commissioned in 3Q 2019.
Total lettable area of the complex will stand at approx. 53 000 sq m. There will also be 1143 parking spots (1003 underground and 140 above ground) available.
Probuild is the developer and the owner of Pin Park. The office complex was designed by the architectural design studio AP Szczepaniak.
