An A-class office building with a total area of 7,000 sqm will be built in the town of Chełm, in Lubelskie Voivodship, on Lwowska Street.
Currently, there is a PKS bus station in this place, which will not be removed. Instead, the place will undergo renovation. It is also planned to build an underground parking lot and the whole area will be complemented with greenery, also on the roofs of the buildings.
Construction is scheduled to start in 2022.
