A modern business park: Orange Office Park will be implemented in Cracow at Klimeckiego Street. The office complex will include three office buildings and multi-storey car park offering approximately 558 parking spaces. Implementation of Orange Office Park will be divided into phases. The first phase will comprise an office building called Amsterdam which will offer around 9000 sqm of office space for rent and shall be completed by the end of next year. The second phase of the office complex will cover two office buildings: Rotterdam and Den Haag offering jointly approximately 15 000 sqm of office space for lease.
