By the end of this year the construction of two next buildings belonging to the Olivia Business Center: Olivia Point and Olivia Tower will be completed. Olivia Gate - the first office building of the complex has been already almost fully leased. The Olivia Point building whose construction has been completed in June offers more than 8 400 sqm of modern office space for rent. Currently finishing work are underway. Completion of the Olivia Tower building with approx. 13 000 sqm of rentable office area is scheduled for September. The first tenants will be able to move in to the objects in January 2013.
