The Gdańsk office building Punkt has already received official permission for use, and its commercialization is proceeding very successfully – the occupancy rate is around 85 percent. The dominant tenant will have an area of almost 10,000 sq m at its disposal.
The facility was built in the Wrzeszcz district of Gdańsk on Nad Stawem Street, offering a total of 12,600 sq m of office space. The structure consists of six above-ground levels and one underground level.
The final work is currently underway to arrange the space for individual companies that are planning to move to new locations in the coming months. Punkt stands out for its intimate character and strategic location near key transport hubs and shopping centers.
Punkt is in the process of obtaining LEED v4 certification and will also be certified as a “barrier-free facility.”
