Planning permission received by Warmia Investment Company became valid. The investor has got therefore the possibility to apply for building permit. The building which is meant to be located at the corner of Głowackiego and Piłsudskiego Streets will offer some hotel, residential, retail and office space. In August, the company intends to begin the commercialization of the building.
