Intensive work on Podium Park, a group of three 11-storey office buildings, is going on on the corner of Jana Pawła II and Stella-Sawickiego Street in Kraków. The project is to offer 47,600 sq m of office space and 3,100 sq m of retail space to its lessees.
The construction works started in September 2016. The technical network and infrastructure were remodeled and the diaphragm walls were built in November, whereas currently work on a two-level underground garage in building A, due to be completed in May 2018, is in progress.
Decon Investment is the developer of the investment.
