A new P180 office building will be built in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The investment at 180, Puławska Street will provide nearly 32,000 sq m of rentable space on 15 floors and approximately 200 parking spaces in an underground car park.
The proximity of the Wilanowska metro station, tram, and bus stops will be an undoubted advantage of the investment location.
The P180 office building will apply for the Building Without Barriers, WELL and LEED certificates. Construction will start in the third quarter of this year and will last for two consecutive years.
