Palio Office Park B received the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. This was due to high scores in terms of energy efficiency, excellent solutions in the field of water management or the quality of materials used in construction.
The Palio Office Park will consist of 8 buildings. The office buildings are located in the Gdańsk Shipyard, thanks to which they are designed to fit as much as possible into the historical surroundings. For now, the complex consists of only two buildings, but according to announcements, a third office building is to be built at the end of this year.
