The commercialisation of Perydot building is about to begin in next few months. This is the first fully commercial project of Budotex company.
Perydot will have 5 storeys. Its facade will be made of aluminium. Office part of the building is planned on 3 highest floors and will have 4,000 sqm. The building will be finished in July 2016.
