The cooperation agreement between PHN and Hochtief Development Poland was terminated and as a result PHN became a sole investor of City Tower project. The planned office building will be located at 36 Świętokrzyska Street and will offer more than 40,000 sqm of office space for lease. The end of the first stage of investment is planned for III quarter of 2019.
