Warsaw located office project Chmielna 89 will soon start rising. Works on the car ramp leading to the underground carpark as well as on the slab above level -1 are currently underway.
The project will provide over 26,500 sq m of rentable office space on 14 storeys and among amenities offered there will be e.g. a restaurant, a coffee shop and an EV charging station. Completion of Chmielna 89 is planned for Q4 of 2019.
