Rents in Poland will increase

In some cities the number of vacant buildings has increased, as a result of launching new investments. The lowest rate (3 - 4%) of vacant premises is in Wrocław. There is also planned lot of new investments in this area which are supposed to meet demand for a vacant office space. The rate of vacant area is diversified in each of Warsaw's districts but in general there is no oversupply in the city. Demand for office space is constantly increasing. In consequence of small number of investments completed last year, the increase of transactions rents is expected. We can already perceive to inflexible rent-policy of developers, but the incentives will remain. The most attractive proposals will receive the first pre-let tenants who will be the major factor which will influence on gaining the bank's funding for the realization of the investment.
