Renovation works are underway on the historic factories near Schiller Passage in Łódź. The modernization of buildings at Sienkiewicza Street 61a and 63 is nearing completion. Two retail spaces will be located on the ground floor of the factory at Sienkiewicza Street 61a, while offices will be situated on the upper floors.
The building at number 63 will house offices, retail spaces, and artistic studios. The project also includes the creation of a park with a playground, a small amphitheater, and a restaurant terrace. The green area will be adorned with hornbeams, maples, as well as flowers, shrubs, and decorative grass. In addition, new benches, seats, bicycle racks, and streetlights will be installed.
