Sepia Office is located in XIX century Ramischa's factory in OFF Piotrkowska in the heart of Łódź. The building is situated in the most representative street in the city center, where many restaurants and coffee shops is located.
On December 2018 the revitalization of the building has been finished. Offices are design very modernly, but in the same time they keeps its industrial overtone. On one hand, brick walls, wooden ceiling and iron banister had been left, and on the other hand the cutting edge facility had been installed.
The A class building provide almost 1,400 sq m of the leasable office space spread on 4 above ground floors and 1 underground floor. For the future tenants there is 150 cars spots available. First tenants had already moved in and they occupied around 70% of the building.
