Sjaelso announced that the company intends to withdraw from the Polish Market. The Danish Developer is going to sell the already started investments: Porto 55 shopping center in Elblag and two office projects in Warsaw: Postępu 22 and Tower Terraces.
As a ground of this decision Sjaelso indicates the financial crisis that has hit the Danish real estates sector.
