J.W. Construction Holding SA received the final building permit of New Dana investment in Szczecin. This year the developer is planning to start the construction of another office and retail investment in Poland. The building with approximately 34 000 sqm of usable space will arise on the former clothing factory premises, at the corner of Wyzwolenia Avenue and Odzieżowa Street in Szczecin.
The demolition is currently underway. Construction works will start probably in a mid-year. J.W. Construction realizes therefore its development strategy in the direction of commercial investment. The first office building constructed by the company - Jerozolimskie Point in Warsaw, will be completed this year.
