Construction works of the I stage of Tertium Business Park office complex have already started. The building will rise on Lublańska Street in Cracow.
The office complex will consist of 3, 10-storey constructions, which are going to extend the local real estate market by 37,500 sq m of usable space. Moreover, the developer will receive the prestigious BREEAM certificate for green buildings.
