The construction of Astris at Polsad roundabout in Cracow is nearing completion. The general contractor will commission 13,000 sq m of office space, 160 parking spaces for cars and 70 at bikers’ disposal.
Work on the office block was corresponding with the requirements of sustainable building. Currently, the process of certification by the LEED standard is taking place. The rating level is expected to be Gold.
