In January 2026, the modernization of the Eurocentrum-Alfa building lobby was completed.
The work included a complete reconstruction of the entrance area – floor and ceiling finishes were replaced, modern lighting controlled by an intelligent DALI system was installed, and functional furniture and greenery were added. Thermal comfort was also improved through the implementation of modern air conditioning solutions enabling precise temperature control.
The modernization of the lobby was a continuation of earlier technical investments in 2024, when cooling units and humidifiers were replaced and the building management system (BMS) was updated. The modernized system automatically adjusts the operation of the installations based on readings from CO₂, humidity, and sunlight sensors.
Eurocentrum-Alfa is a 21-story skyscraper, built in 2002, forming part of an office complex on Aleja Jerozolimskie with a total area of over 81,000 sq m. The investment has a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level and is undergoing a modernization process that began in 2022.
