The second part of the Monopol investment is being constructed near the Centrum Praskie Koneser. A modern and multifunctional complex is being built at Nieporęcka Street. The second phase of the Monopol building will offer 25,500 sq m of rentable office space spread over five floors above ground.
The works connected with the buildings’ structure have been completed, now the installation of windows, roof and brick facade is in the progress, thanks to which the building will blend in even better with the landscape of the Old Praga district.
The property is located in a lively area where employees can relax and spend their free time. In addition, Monopol offers to its tenants and guests green relaxation zones as well as many cafes and restaurants. The planned completion date of the building is April 2021.
