2020 was full of changes and breakthrough moments for the multifunctional Fuzja complex.
The developer has put info operation two residential buildings and started the construction of a third one, which will be completed in the first half of 2022. In total, the buildings will provide 500 apartments for future tenants.
Moreover, in September the work on the construction of two office buildings with a total area of nearly 20,000 sq m began and it is planned to be completed by the end of the year. The first tenants will move into the office part in 2022, and the project will begin to teem with life.
Furthermore, in the middle of this year a city park will be put into use. It will be located in the very center of the project. Its total area will be nearly 3,600 sq m. It will be a good place to rest and relax, both for office workers and residents.
