The Neptun office building at 103a Grunwaldzka Avenue in Wrzeszcz has completed the first phase of its comprehensive renovation. The six-month transformation included refurbishing the lobby, replacing the access control and building management systems, and renovating the common areas.
The owner opted for durable materials, contemporary design, and lighting that highlights the height of the rooms. As a result, the 18-story building has gained a more prestigious space that meets current office standards.
The goal of the project was to enhance user comfort and improve energy efficiency while maintaining the building’s operational continuity. The modernization of the existing property reduced its carbon footprint compared to a new construction.
The next phase of renovations is scheduled for 2026. It will include refurbishing the elevator lobbies and restrooms, as well as expanding the utility metering systems, which is intended to strengthen Neptun's position among the leading office buildings in the Tri-City.
