Architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates has introduced new project of the 233 m high skyscraper, which is supposed to appear on Emilia Plater Street, next to the Congress Hall of Palace of Culture and Science. Plans embrace modern office space, retail points as well as cultural and entertainment function, located on 60 levels of the office building. The project will offer approx. 88,000 sq m of usable space.
The date of realization depends on getting the building permit.
