The construction of the 3rd phase of the Wadowicka 3 office complex began at the beginning of the year. The third building will provide over 10,000 sq m of modern office space. The building, as well as its predecessors, will consist of 8 above-ground floors and one underground designed for parking.
It is worth noting that the entire office campus is certified according to BREEAM Interim standards at the Excellent level. In addition, the first building of the complex was awarded the FITWEL certificate. Building A of the Wadowicka 3 office complex is the first FITWEL project registered in Poland.
FITWEL is an American certification system that optimizes the building's impact on the health and well-being of its employees. Thanks to the obtained certificate, the tenants of the building may be sure that the materials and fit-out standard of the property is of good quality, as well as the building itself has a positive impact on the environment and tenants, increasing their productivity and well-being.
The third stage of the Wadowicka 3 investment will last until the end of 2021 and will provide both traditional and flexible space for its tenants.
