A modern office building called Intelligent Business Centre Lab, has been built in Toruń at Sportowa Street. Its purpose is to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship and to initiate the creation of new products and services.
The investment offers over 3,000 sqm of usable space on 5 floors above ground. The office building has been divided into 3 zones: Fab Lab with workshop space, laboratory-themed Living Lab for real-world testing and Demonstration Center for the organisation of study meetings and demonstrations of developed products and services. The building also has a single-level underground garage with 25 parking spaces and 2 charging spaces for electric cars. On the top floor there is a terrace.
The Intelligent Business Centre Lab is now completed and has received an occupancy permit April this year.
