According to „Tri-City Report - March 2011” prepared by the Jones Lang LaSalle in cooperation with Hays Poland and Pomerania Development Agency, the position of Tri-City on the BPO/SSC market is gradually increasing thanks to the features including among others: high qualified potential workforce, developing road, rail, aviation and port infrastructure.
Tri-City is also seen as a one of the leading outsourcing destinations. Tri-City with 325 000 sqm of rentable office space has a great potential in respect of modern office supply. The office supply in Tri-City is still increasing: this year will arise 38 000 sqm of new office space, in two next years will be even 48 000 sqm more.
Increasing office supply attract the investors from BPO/SSC sektor. The great advantage of the region are relatively low prime headline rents which hesitate form 12 to 15 Euro/sqm per month. Thanks to the new investments in the area of Gdańsk’s and Gdynia’s seaports, Tri-City is on the way to become the storage and logistic centre. Otherwise Tri-City has all the features needed including the strategic location and developing seaports.
