Opera Office - the building belonging to the Euro Styl development company has just gained a new tenant: KPMG leased nearly 400 sqm of office space.
Jones Lang LaSalle was the agency advising in the transaction. Opera Office is a modern office building, offering for lease more than 7 500 sqm of office space spread over five floors.
The building will be delivered in July 2012.
