Trinity One, a seven-story office building at the corner of Domaniewska and Suwak streets in Warsaw's Służewiec district, will be demolished. The building currently offers nearly 20,000 square meters of office space. However, the new owner plans demolition – in its place, a residential complex with over 400 apartments will be built. This is another example of how Służewiec is ceasing to be a district of offices only and is transforming into a place to live, with schools, shops, and parks.
