The recent changes on the real estate market in Warsaw
Lease agreements prolongation:
- The companies: Expander, DOW Polska and Accuratus have prolonged their lease agrrements in Dom Alfa building in Mokotów district (approximately 2 650 sqm in total),
- The RogalUnibrew Company has prolonged the lease agreement in the Helion building (560 sqm)
- The Tchibo Company has prolonged previous lease agreement and let out an additional office space in Riverside Park (2 000 sqm in total)
New lease agreements:
- Pocztowe Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych Company has let in Dom Alfa building about 735 sqm of office space
- The Emerson Process Management Company has let in University Business Park approximately 4 350 sqm of office space
- The TAG Systems Poland has let office-storage space in Żerań Park II Complex
- The Valeo Service Eastern Europe Company will occupy approximately 610 sqm of office space in Platinium Business Park III.
