Currently in liquidation "House of the Polish Word" Printing House is situated between the Miedziana and Pańska Streets, behind the Jupiter shopping center. The provisional liquidator is trying to sell the assets, including the plot of land located a few hundred meters from Daszyńskiego Roundabout over the (currently under construction) second underground line.
Zoning plan for this area allows for the construction of 170-130 meters high skyscrapers.
