The investor is planning a complete modernization of the office building at 18 Piękna Street in Warsaw, which will be renamed Elma. The project involves redesigning the two lower floors, which will receive a new glass facade, while the retail and service space will nearly double, reaching 1,300 square meters.
The comprehensive modernization will also cover technical installations, ventilation, and heating systems. The upper floors, common areas, and parking will also be upgraded to a new standard, with the parking facility equipped with electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Upon completion, Elma will offer approximately 7,700 square meters of office space and 100 parking spaces.
The investment is set to begin in early 2027 and will be carried out in phases to minimize disruption for current tenants. The entire process is planned to be completed by mid-2028.
