City Hall has announced that this year the first plot of land located next to the Palace of Culture will be put out to tender. The plot of land is located at Marszałkowska Street between the Grand Department Stores and Dramatic Theatre and most likely will be offered for sale in autumn.
Currently, the City Hall is wondering how to solve the problem that some part of this plot of land overlaps the parking area leased by the MarcPol company belonging to the well-known businessman - Marek Mikuśkiewicz.
