Polish Real Estate Holding – the owner of 13-storey Kaskada office building located at Jana Pawła II Avenue announced that the object does not fully exploit the potential of the site, so the company is considering its demolition and construction in its place a skyscraper maching up to 192-meters high Rondo 1 building.
The works on the project will be taken after the construction of an another skyscraper, located at Świętokrzyska Street.
