Work on reshaping and improving the area surrounding the buildings, which includes creating a spacious park equipped with areas for leisure, play and recreation as well as installing an apiary, is in progress. The aim of the ongoing activities, which are planned to be completed in August-September 2017, is the renovation of the complex and increasing its attractiveness for the current and future tenants as well as their employees.

The lobbies, reception areas and the atria have gained a more modern look and increased functionality, which was achieved thanks to furbishing with tables, hassocks, desginer couches equipped with electrical outlets, as well as installing modern, bespoke lighting systems.

Currently, there are 1 392 parking spaces for drivers but modernisation plans include installing electric vehicle charging stations, as well as modernisation and improvement of the existing city’s network of bicycle paths.

Wiśniowy Business Park was designed by the architects from Fitzroy Robinson International. The complex, located in the vicinity of an important communication artery that connects Warsaw Chopin airport with the centre of Warsaw, consists of six buildings (A, B, C, D, E and F), which offer A-class office space.
