The office part of the WITA complex has reached its full height, which was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony. Two modern Class A office buildings with a total area of 18,000 sq m will provide flexible office space for companies of various sizes.
The investment will be environmentally friendly thanks to the partial use of renewable energy and the application of green technologies, such as a rainwater recycling system, electric car charging stations, and a modern building management system. The facades will be finished with red brick, and the roofs will be an attractive aesthetic complement to the buildings.
The ground floors will feature elegant lobbies with reception areas and retail and service facilities. The central element of the complex is a green boulevard with trees and places to relax, complemented by courtyards and walking paths.
