Wola Center – the new office building in Wola District

LC Corp will construct a new office building in place of the former Róża Luksemburg Factory. The office building called Wola Center will be located at Przyokopowa Street next to the Warsaws Uprising Museum. The project of the building has been prepared by the well-known Stefan Kuryłowicz Architectural Studio.

The concept of the building is based on the crystals structure: the outer block of dark stone with the luminous, bright interior. The facade of the building will be a sophisticated combination of stone and glass, giving an unique effect of a rived crystal. The building will consist of four parts offering approx. 31 000 sqm of a total leasable area, including over 27 000 sqm of rentable office space.

Between the buildings will be situated a stylish, covered patio. In addition, the complex will provide 319 parking spaces located on two underground levels. One of the advantages of the object is extremely low common space factor of only 4.8%, ensuring maximum usage of buildings space.

The general contractor of the complex is Budimex SA. The investment is scheduled for Autumn 2013. Jones Lang LaSalle was chosen as an exclusive Agency responsible for the commercialization process of the object.
